1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and UMDSOFT MCHJ ("UMDSOFT", "we", "us", "our").

8. Termination

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Khorezm, Republic of Uzbekistan, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate negotiations by sending a written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan located in Khorezm for final resolution. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any court proceedings and to comply with any judgment rendered.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
12. Changes to Terms
UMDSOFT reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on our Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Website.
